The People and Trees EP reflects the three years of development of Round Buddah. Set against the backdrop of a world that is simultaneously threatening and threatened, this 5-track collection explores the interaction between humans and the environment, both in a physical and psychological sense. Tales of real-life events in tracks “Reall” and “Rejected” bring the analytic elements of the EP into more commonplace settings. The fusion of jazz instrumentals, soulful singing and rap makes People and Trees a challenging, yet rewarding, experience.
